Arkon Lifetime Warranty
Arkon Mounts ("Arkon") warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the product itself, and not the user or any other person.
This limited lifetime warranty applies only to products that are purchased from Arkon or an authorized Arkon dealer or marketplace. Arkon's obligation under this limited lifetime warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at Arkon's option, of any defective product or part thereof.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by defects or damage due to neglect, misuse, alterations, accident, misapplication, physical damage, or damage caused by fire, freezing, or other environmental damage. Improper maintenance, or installation outside the recommended specs at any time will be considered neglect and void warranty.
Additionally, Arkon shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use its products. Including responsibility for incidental damage, consequential damage, or other damages including, but not limited to, installation expense, telephone charges, rental of a like product during the time of warranty service, travel loss or damage to personal property, loss of revenue, loss of use of the product, loss of time, or inconvenience.
To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact Arkon or an authorized Arkon dealer for instructions on how to return the product to Arkon. The original purchaser must include a copy of the original sales receipt and a description of the problem with the product. Arkon will, at its option, repair or replace any defective product or part thereof.
This limited lifetime warranty is effective as of the date of purchase and is valid only for the lifetime of the product.
Arkon Business and Enterprise Customers
For customers who have an account with Arkon Mounts, please note that the limited lifetime warranty is active from the time of purchase and no further action is needed to activate the warranty. Simply retain your proof of purchase and contact Arkon or an authorized Arkon dealer in the event that you need to make a warranty claim.
Arkon recommends that customers register their products with Arkon at the time of purchase to ensure that Arkon has the necessary information to provide warranty service. However, registration is not required to activate the limited lifetime warranty.
Arkon Non-Business and Retail Customers
Arkon Mounts requires that all products be registered within 60 days from the time of purchase. Failure to register the product within 60 days will void the limited lifetime warranty.
Product registration can be completed by visiting arkon.com/registration and following the instructions provided. During the registration process, the customer will be required to provide the following information:
- Product model name and number
- Date of purchase
- Name of the retailer where the product was purchased
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.)
- Contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
By registering the product, the customer ensures that Arkon has the necessary information to provide warranty service in the event of a product defect. Failure to register the product within 60 days will result in the customer receiving a standard 1-year warranty for their product, rather than the limited lifetime warranty.
Please note that this limited lifetime warranty is non-transferable and covers only the product itself, and not the user or any other person.
This limited lifetime warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Arkon for its products and is in addition to any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Exclusions and Limitations:
- Electronics Warranty: The Arkon Lifetime Warranty does not cover electronics, including electronic components or devices integrated within the products. For electronic products, Arkon provides a limited warranty of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the electronic components only.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, alterations, accident, misapplication, physical damage, or damage caused by fire, freezing, or other environmental damage. Improper maintenance or installation outside the recommended specifications at any time will be considered neglect and void the warranty.
- Other Terms and Conditions: All other terms and conditions of the Arkon Lifetime Warranty outlined in the main warranty document apply to products not classified as electronics. This includes the requirement for product registration, warranty claim submission process, shipping costs, and the non-transferable nature of the warranty.
- Wear and Tear on Components: Please note that certain components of the product, such as suction cups and foam rubber, are subject to normal wear and tear over time. These components are not covered under the Arkon Lifetime Warranty. However, if you find that these components need replacement during the lifetime of the product, please contact Arkon for further instructions on obtaining replacement parts.
Please remember that while wear and tear on components like suction cups and foam rubber are not covered under warranty, Arkon is available to assist you in obtaining replacement parts if needed.
Please note that this section applies specifically to products classified as electronics and is in addition to the main terms and conditions of the Arkon Lifetime Warranty. For products not covered under the electronics warranty, the lifetime warranty remains in effect as stated in the main warranty document.
Replacement of Discontinued Items:
In the event that a product covered under the Arkon Lifetime Warranty is discontinued and no longer available, Arkon will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement item that closely matches the original product's features and functionality. This replacement item will be chosen at the discretion of Arkon.
Arkon understands the importance of honoring the lifetime warranty commitment, even for discontinued items. The replacement item will be selected to ensure it meets or exceeds the specifications of the original product. However, due to the nature of product availability and advancements in technology, an exact match may not always be possible.
Arkon will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer regarding the replacement item and ensure their satisfaction with the replacement. If a suitable replacement cannot be found or agreed upon, Arkon may offer alternative options, such as store credit or a refund, based on the original purchase price of the discontinued product.
Please note that this section applies specifically to discontinued items covered under the Arkon Lifetime Warranty and is in addition to the main terms and conditions of the warranty. Arkon's goal is to provide the best possible solution to customers when a discontinued item needs replacement, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.

Once the repair or replacement is completed, Arkon will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer.
- Non-Defective Products: For products covered under the Arkon Lifetime Warranty that are not deemed defective but still fall within the warranty coverage, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the shipping costs associated with returning the product to Arkon and any shipping costs for receiving a replacement or exchanged product.

- Exclusion of Updated Shipping Methods: Please note that any updated shipping methods, such as Next Day Air or Priority Shipping services, are not covered under Arkon's shipping responsibilities. The customer is responsible for any additional costs associated with selecting expedited shipping options or premium shipping services. Arkon will cover the shipping costs using a comparable shipping method as specified in the warranty, and any upgrades or special requests for shipping services will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that this section outlines the shipping responsibilities specific to warranty claims and non-warranty-related returns or exchanges. It is essential for customers to carefully package the product to prevent damage during shipping. Arkon is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process and recommends insuring the shipment to mitigate any potential risks.
By adhering to these shipping responsibilities, Arkon aims to provide efficient and reliable service to its customers while ensuring a fair distribution of shipping costs.
