The 4-Hole AMPS to 17mm Ball Adapter transforms your 17mm mount into a 4-hole AMPS drill-base mount, enhancing its compatibility with a range of devices. Simply loosen the tightening ring to replace the mount's existing head with the adapter, then tighten the ring securely.

It's designed for use with Arkon mounts supporting the 17mm / .67" standard, accommodating devices like vehicle-specific mounts (VSMs), cameras, GPS units, audio/video receivers, and satellite radios such as Sirius S50, Sirius XM Onyx Plus, XM Onyx EZ, Sirius XM Lynx, Stratus 7, Dock & Play, and Sirius Dock & Play (each sold separately).

It also functions as a 17mm Garmin AMPS mount—the Garmin attaches directly to the 17mm ball.

It allows you to swap out a clamp or suction mount for a drill base for screwing to your chosen flat surfaces. It features four 4.10mm holes so you can screw it directly to the surface (screws sold separately).
